The Threapwood fire
FIREFIGHTERS from two services have tackled a bungalow fire in Threapwood.
The fire was reported shortly before 12noon on Thursday, September 17, at an address Greaves Lane in Threapwood, with firefighters from Malpas and Whitchurch attending.
Crews used two hose reels and two breathing apparatus to extinguish the fire, which involved a double garage and two sheds.
Firefighters remained in attendance to damp down the affected area and remove debris, before leaving at around 2pm
