Whitchurch Alport in action against Shrewsbury Town
WHITCHURCH Alport's fixture against Shrewsbury Town Under-18s this evening has been cancelled.
The game was due to be played at 7.30pm at Yockings Park on Tuesday, September 8, with 200 tickets being allocated to fans.
But the event has been cancelled because of 'unforeseen circumstances', with Shrewsbury Town announcing the decision via Twitter.
"Due to unforeseen circumstances, we have had to postpone tonight's U18s game against @alportfc," read the tweet.
"Apologies to any fans who were hoping to attend."
