A CAFÉ near Whitchurch has shown its support for the NHS by donating a cheque to the community hospital.
The money was raised thanks to the efforts of local biker Barry Charman and his friends, who have been selling 'Bikers Thank the NHS' snoods.
The snoods displayed an NHS rainbow along with the message of thanks.
Barry enlisted the help of Bev Ellis and the Wilkes family who run The Raven Café, who also helped sell the snoods to customers.
The pair then presented the cheque to Pauline Elsley and Wendy Swain from the Friends of Whitchurch Hospital to help contribute vital funds to their work.
