The unit on Wem Industrial Estate
A SHROPSHIRE-based business has proved that the commercial property market remains 'alive and well' in Wem after making a sale on the industrial estate.
Chartered surveyors Towler Shaw Roberts has completed the sale of a brand new detached industrial unit on Wem Industrial Estate.
The unit sold for £260,000 and was said to be in a very sought after area.
Toby Shaw, who handled the sale for TSR, said he was pleased to make the sale.
"It's a newly-completed modern detached industrial unit and we are pleased that a sale has now been completed," said Toby.
"It once again illustrates that the local commercial property market remains very active."
