FIREFIGHTERS from Wem responded to road traffic collision in the town on Sunday afternoon.
The incident was reported shortly before 3pm on Sunday, July 19 in Shrewsbury Road and featured a saloon car making contact with an electricity pole.
The vehicle's occupants were not trapped and crews made the vehicle safe, with the electricity company also making the power cable safe.
Firefighters were on the scene for around 15 minutes before leaving.
