Firefighters from two services helped tackle an outbuilding fire near Malpas on Thursday.
The fire was reported at 7.40pm at an address in Cuddington Mill Lane and crews from Malpas and Whitchurch were sent to the scene.
On arrival the crews discovered a fire in an outbuilding which housed a tractor, a small amount of petrol and a propane cylinder.
Two firefighters wearing breathing apparatus used a hose reel jet to extinguish the flames and the crews then damped down the area.
A thermal imaging camera was used to check the cylinder and surrounding area and once at an ambient temperature, the scene was handed back to the owners.
The crews were in attendance for around two hours.
