A FURTHER three COVID-19 deaths at Shrewsbury and Telford Hospital Trust (SaTH) have been announced today.
These latest deaths bring the total number of deaths from the coronavirus at SaTH to 114.
Following the announcement a spokesman for the Trust offered their condolences to the patient's families.
They said: "The Shrewsbury and Telford Hospital NHS Trust is currently treating patients who have tested positive for COVID-19.
"Sadly we can confirm that 114 patients being cared for at our hospitals, and who had tested positive for COVID-19, have died.
"Three deaths have been announced today.
"Our thoughts and condolences are with the families and friends of those patients at this very difficult and distressing time."
