Welcome back to another week of Advertizer Bygones and this time we’ve delved into the archives to bring you a selection of summer events from 1995 – if only we were able to do the same this year.
Kicking things off we have a couple of images from Gobowen Fun Day when people were having a grand time on the playing fields and in the village – not sure why there’s some odd fancy dress going on, if you do please let us know.
Then there’s a presentation to the Riding for the Disabled charity thanks to Leos supermarket, and finally a duck race held in Knockin.
