CHOLMONDELEY Castle may be closed to the public, but their gardens will soon be explorable once again, virtually that is.
Although not open to the public, the famous castle gardens still need to be tended too, so a contingent of gardeners are still working.
And to give the public a chance to view that hard work, a project is currently being to set up to allow a virtual tour of the gardens.
A spokesman for Cholmondeley Castle said that although the office staff are down to a skeleton crew, there is still work to be done.
"The gardeners are still coming in as normal, following social distancing rules," said the spokesman.
"They are planning to do a virtual walk and talk around the garden and the head gardener is just getting the equipment together to do it.
"Just because the public cant come in, doesn't mean there isn't work to be done."
The virtual tour and other events will be shared on Cholmondeley Castle's social media channels as soon as available.
