PIE-lovers in Whitchurch have somewhere new to get their pastry fix following the opening of a new shop in Whitchurch.
The Pie Hole, in Watergate, markets itself as a 'gourmet' pie shop, and had their grand opening on Saturday, March 21.
The shop is run by Becky Crothall, who has praised the success of the opening day.
"It was a brilliant opening," said Becky. "We sold out by lunchtime. It was amazing.
"We had people queueing out the door at one point.
"We live in Longdon on Tern, and normally have a food truck outside the arcade.
"One of our customers is an estate agent and he said this place was available.
"We would like to thank everyone that came down to support us for our grand opening. Especially in the current situation we all face.
"We really appreciate all the support we have received we literally could not have done the day without it."
