A group has called out the state of Oswestry's bus station.
Members of the Bus Users Shropshire say there have been seven complaints over lack of information, poor maintenance, and general appearance of the bus shelters.
They have also listed four key problems and called on Shropshire Council to help finance an upgrade.
Chairman Harold Bound also added: "We are also concerned that the principal bus stop at Sainsburys offers a very poor reflection of the town. Yet for a small investment it has the potential to be a state of the art shelter and improvement of the public realm in that quarter.
"The current shelter is old, poorly maintained and unwelcoming. If replaced by a contemporary shelter with a separate seat alongside and a modest amount of planting it could be both functional and present a far greater impact with bus users and visitors to the town. "
In response, Steve Davenport, Cabinet member for highways and transport, said: “We’re very happy to work with Bus Users Shropshire and other partners to improve facilities for bus users in Oswestry, and we’re currently bidding for government funding to help improve public transport in the county.”
