A NEW business park development near Whitchurch will create around four new jobs in the area.

Park View Business Centre (PVBC), located on the Combermere Abbey Estate has recently completed another phase of redevelopment work.

Having secured European Union rural grant funding through the RDPE Growth Program, the project has created five additional, new office spaces as well as a sandwich bar and café.

These developments will also generate at least four new direct jobs for the area.

The spaces will suit companies with two to 15 people and all will benefit from the superfast broadband.

Peter Beckett, managing director of PVBC said: "We are thrilled with the completion of this latest phase of redevelopment work and we look forward to welcoming our new tenants.

"Helping to keep working people based in the countryside is our passion and we are keen to maintain this top quality positioning.

"These new facilities make the most of combining traditional buildings equipped with modern technology."

Tina Hayward, manager of PVBC added: "This next phase of work is tremendous and opens up more opportunities for local employment in a wonderful location.

"The benefits of great value rural units with our additional support services not only gives people the best chance of succeeding with building their business, but also of maintaining the optimum work-life balance."
