New residents set to arrive in Whitchurch as part of the increased housebuilding in the town now have a booklet to help them settle in.
The ‘Welcome to Whitchurch 2020’ booklet will list all the main points of interest for new residents, both moving to established honmes in town, or to the new estates dotted around the outskirts.
In the booklet, they will be able to find out more about what the town offers, both civic and commercially.
For example, new residents will be able to use the A4-sized booklet to find out more about schools in the area, or where the location of the best leisure facilities.
Similarly, the booklet will show off all the businesses in the town, with a handy photo and phone number for people to use, plus handy maps of the town and lists of businesses by category.
They will be available from various points around the town, including estate agents, the Civic Centre and GP surgeries.
