There is a winter feel to our Whitchurch Herald Camera Club this week as parts of north Shropshire were hit by snows.

But we also had autumn still showing why it's the current boss, with three fantastic sunrise pictures in our patch.

First, we have Jane Easton's blazing sky over Prees Heath Common while a mile north, Dave Wright, from Whitchurch, caught the same sunrise over the tress of the town's Jubilee Park.

And out towards Ellesmere, regular Camera Club contributor Jill Adger weighed in with her customary sunrise snap; this time she caught the spectrum of colours over Colemere.

We've borrowed a picture from our sister club at the Oswestry Advertizer Camera Club because the snows through the Ceiriog Valley were just too much to ignore.

What a stunning shot.

Jayne Roberts's was out and about on the canal in Ellesmere it seems when she took this calming, peaceful shot.

Loving the reflections on the water.

If you don't think this pheasant – pictured by Laura Butler – isn't a dedicated follower of fashion then I don't think we can be friends.

And finally, these two 'good boi's' rollicking around in the snow, by Joanna Hughes, isn't a bad way to finish.
