Police responded to reports that a man was making his way to a Flintshire high school 'in possession of a knife'.
Police said they received the call at 1.21pm on Thursday, October 17, that an individual was approaching Flint High School allegedly in possession of a knife.
Officers intercepted the individual who was found not to be in possession of a weapon of any kind.
No offences were committed or arrests made, a North Wales Police spokesman said.
