Town councillors in Whitchurch will discuss a packed agenda at tomorrow's full council meeting.

First of all, the public will have a chance to speak before councillors hear from the local policing team.

Councillors will then hear a request from the Whitchurch Safer Neighbourhood Team to run a community safety event for town centre businesses.

Following on form this councillors will hear a request from the Whitchurch branch of Cancer Research UK to use Jubilee Park for the Relay for Life event.

A consultation from BT is also to be discussed, regarding the use of and removal of phone boxes in the town as well as the feature from the National Market Traders Federation following their recent visit.

Also on the agenda, the council are requested to give authority to purchase a second-hand van up to the value of £3,000 before moving into confidential business

The meeting will be held in the Edward German room of Whitchurch Civic Centre tomorrow at 7.15pm.
