A TUMBLE dryer caught fire at a house in Whitchurch on Monday.
Shropshire Fire and Rescue Service (SFRS) were called to a house in Mill Park on Monday morning after reports of a house fire.
One fire engine was mobilised from Whitchurch but on arrival the fire was already out.
SFRS said: "This incident involved a tumble dryer which had been on fire – it was out on arrival and crews carried out [an] inspection only."
