CHOLMONDELEY Castle has been the subject of a feature on ITV news.
The feature, presented by Granada's weather presented Kerrie Gosney, focused around the castle's gardens and its notable bee population.
The gardens were developed under the care of Lady Lavinia Cholmondeley, whose work is evident to this day.
Head gardener Barry Grain and beekeeper Graham Royle were both interviewed for the segment, as they explained the significance and importance of the castle's gardens.
"I had a good few years with Lady Lavinia and she was just the most remarkable woman," said Barry. "A real unsung heroine of British gardening.
"Cholmondeley is just a magical place at all time of year. It's just a really nice, beautiful relaxing place to be really."
