AN EXTRAORDINARY meeting has been called by Whixall Parish Council to discuss upcoming planning applications.
The parish council does not normally meet in August but a meeting has been called for August 7 specifically to discuss planning applications.
There are three applications up for discussion, including works to provide water level management and the introduction of a bird hide and access on land to the East of Roving Bridge.
Also up for discussion is the erection of a single dwelling and detached double garage following demolition of existing dwelling in Hollinwood and the erection of replacement commercial building following demolition of fire damaged building in Rack Lane.
The public are welcome to attend this meeting which will take place at 7.30pm in Whixall Social Centre.
The next scheduled meeting will take place at Whixall Social Centre on Wednesday, September 11 at 7.30pm.
