BANGOR-on-Dee Racecourse will be once hosting their season highlight Ladies Day as racing returns to the track next month.

The annual fixture is always readily attended, attracting crowds of enthusiastic racing fans and those looking to up the style stakes.

This year is set to be no different as the Racecourse’s Wynnstay and Paddock Restaurants both sold out for this fixture back in May.

To keep up with demand, a new pop-up restaurant package has been unveiled exclusively for Ladies Day, situated within the paddock marquee.

Ladies Day also features fierce competition off the track with a best dressed competition, with details of prizes and judges announced closer to the day.

Gates open at 11.30am on August 4, with the first race of seven going under starter’s orders at 1.40pm.

Racing runs will take place throughout the afternoon with the final race concluding the day’s schedule at 5pm.

General admission tickets can be purchased in advance from £7 per adult or on the day. Children aged 17 and under are free of charge.
