TWO Churches in Shropshire and Cheshire will be holding jumble sales next month.

On Tuesday, July 2 St Chad's in Tushingham will hold their coffee and shop morning from 10am until 12noon.

On offer will be lots of good clothes and pictures, books, children's toys and gift, as well as tea and coffee. Proceeds from the sales will go to St Chads.

The church will also be holding their united benefice service on Sunday, June 30 at 11am, as well as St Mary's in Whitewell and St Michael's in Marbury.

Meanwhile St John's Church in Whitchurch will be holding a jumble and nearly new on Saturday, July 6 from 10am to 12noon.

The jumble stall will have tops, trousers, skirts, coats, jackets, gowns and swimwear. The nearly new will have items from labels such as Windsmoor, Jack Wills, Hollister as well as other high-street brands.

There will also be a stall for bags, shoes, boots and jewellery and another for bric-a-brac. Proceeds will go towards the Access for All project.

Entrance is £1 and includes tea or coffee.
