There was trouble in paradise in last night's Love Island for Whitchurch's Curtis Pritchard.

The 23-year-old dancer caused a stir after he branded his other-half Amy Hart an attention seeker for accusing another couple of the island of stealing their thunder – to be fair, we think he had a point.

For those who need a catch-up in Tuesday's episode Curtis and Amy were the first couple to spend a night in the Love Island villa hideaway – basically a room which gives that lucky couple some privacy from the other contestants on the show. It was there that they decided to take the next step in their relationship and become 'exclusive' or, as Amy put it 'half-boyfriend and girlfriend' – yes, we know what you're thinking!

Anyway, within hours of declaring their new status, fellow couple Lucie Donlan and Joe Garratt did the same thing – cue the stealing our thunder complaint.

After some tears from Amy (who said she felt overwhelmed having never been in a serious relationship before) and Lucie (who had also been accused by Amy of spending too much time with Joe) the whole situation was resolved.

As for the rest of the Islanders, well nobody is saying why Sheriff Lanre was removed from the villa which was confirmed on Tuesday's show other than he 'broke the rules' and two new ladies, Maura Higgins and Elma Pazar, caused a stir when they entered the villa and asked Danny Williams, Tommy Fury, Anton Danyluk and Michael Griffiths to cook a meal for them.

Here's hoping there's not too much drama for Curtis over the coming days!
