POLICE have launched an investigation after a fatal collision on the A41 Chester to Whitchurch Road.
Cheshire Constabulary has launched an investigation after a fatal collision on the A41 today (Wednesday, April 17).
The crash happened at 9.06am on the A41 near to No Man’s Heath, near Malpas, and was involved two lorries and a Land Rover.
The driver of the Land Rover, an 80-year-old man from Wrenbury, sadly died at the scene.

One man was taken to the Countess of Chester Hospital as a precaution and has since been discharged.
The A41 is currently closed between the Broxton roundabout and the roundabout for the A41/A49. This will remain closed until this evening for recovery of the vehicles.
Motorists are advised to avoid the area and that severe delays are likely.
