AGRICULTURAL land near Whitchurch is up for sale.

The 11.79 acres (4.77 hectares) of land is on sale at Stag Hall Farm, Bradley with a guide price of £100,000.

Kathryn Williams, who is handling the sale at the Oswestry office of Davis Meade Property Consultants, said: “Land parcels such as this rarely come to the market for sale in this area so we are expecting considerable interest.”

The land is for sale by informal tender through agents Davis Meade Property Consultants with a guide price of £100,000 for the whole. Tenders close on Friday, April 26 at 12 noon.

Situated just off the B5395 Old Malpas Road, around 1.4 miles and 4.3 miles from Malpas and Whitchurch respectively, the land is all laid to grass and pasture in a mixture of temporary and permanent leys.

The land has a natural water stream supply, is well fenced and its undulating nature creates shelter and shading for livestock in places.

The largest parcel of 8.06 ac (3.26 ha) was reseeded in 2016 and has produced high yields of clean hay and silage over the past few years.

Potential purchasers may view the land unaccompanied at any reasonable time on the production of a copy of the sales brochure as a permit.

All tenders must be submitted on the tender form attached to the brochure and sent by 12noon on April 26 to Davis Meade Property Consultants, 103 Beatrice Street, Oswestry, SY11 1HL.
