The owner of a dance company whose students, including Tilston school pupils, put on 'The Greatest Showman' in Chester as admitted her delight in their performances.

The Emily Moore Dance Company celebrated 10 years of business with a show at the Storyhouse in Chester, with dancers of all ages taking part, with five ballet stars from the Cheshire school.

Emily Crompton could barely contain her delight at how well the show went and insisted the experience was one she and all of her dancers will not forget.

"It was absolutely incredible," she said.

"It couldn’t have gone any better! We have lots of pictures on the Emily Moore school of dance Facebook page.

"I am so incredibly proud of all of them all, especially the little ones who took it all in there stride and not one got stage fright.

"They all had a wonderful day and loved being back stage. It really was an experience of a lifetime."

Five pupils from Tilston took part – 11-year-old Amelie Barry, Hermione Barry and Matilda Kehoe – both nine – five-year-old Sophia Hurst and four-year-old Isabella Crompton.

Tilston headteacher Kelsey Mort had praised the pupils for earning the right to take part and for representing Tilston so well.
