POLICE have warned residents to be wary of bogus callers after an incident in the Ellesmere Rural area.
Oswestry Safer Neighbourhoods Team tweeted on Sunday (February 24) that a person had offered to clean gutters for an elderly woman living on her own at an "unusually high price".
The post added: "Just say no and record as many details as you can and call 101."
