POLICE are investigating a burglary and two attempted break-ins in the Whitchurch area.
Overnight on August 20-21, possibly around midnight -1am, the door of a veterinary centre in Brownlow Street, Whitchurch, was smashed.
No reports of entry or thefts have been recorded to date (incident reference:0104s 210818).
Meanwhile, antiques including enamel advertising signs, milk churns, weather vanes and metal tool boxes were stolen from an outbuilding in Prees Green between 1-2am on August 19 (incident reference: 0313s 190818).
Between 6pm on August 15 and 7.30am the next day, an unsuccessful attempt was made to break into a detached garage in Clayton Drive, Whitchurch (incident reference: 0137s 160818).
