A HOST of activities will keep families occupied over the summer holidays.
Whitchurch Friday Market is hosting the activities over the holidays.
Town centre manager Zoë Dean said “We are running this new initiative alongside the weekly Friday Market to attract new customers and to educate children in shopping locally and supporting markets whilst having fun.
"Whitchurch Friday Market sells an abundance of fresh produce from cakes, bread and jam to fruits, vegetables, eggs, poultry and cheese. We always have an impressive plant stall on the front and a warm welcome is guaranteed from our friendly and passionate traders."
All welcome, so pop along with Mum, Dad, Granny, Grandad or carer and enjoy the fun shopping local can bring!
Activities will include free craft workshops with Alison Coe from 10am - midday on August 3 and 17, with no need to book.
Brick ‘n’ Tricks will hold on Lego workshops from 10.30am to midday on. August 24 and 31, building a “Seaside Special” for £3 per session. Booking is essential. For more information or to book a place, call the Community Hub at Whitchurch Civic Centre on 01948 665 761.
