POLICE are investigating a number of incidents in the Whitchurch area.

A business depot at Shamrock Lodge, Prees Heath, was broken into some time between July 6-9 July and a drum and a half of diesel fuel was stolen.

A suspect vehicle was seen at the site at 11.50am on Saturday, July 7.

- A KARCHER hot water pressure washer was stolen from a farm shed at Alkington, Whitchurch, between midday on July 7 and 7.30am on July 9 (Incident reference: 0191s 090718).

- POLICE are also investigating the theft of a heavy Sirte generator from a locked compound at a building site in Beech Avenue, Whitchurch between 4.30pm on July 6 and 7.20am on July 9. There had been evidence of intruders on the site overnight between Thurs/Fri 5-6 July. (Incident reference: 0089s 090718).

- A BUILDING site in Station Road, Prees, was broken into between 5pm on July 5 and 7.30am the next day.

Batteries and cables were stolen. Batteries were also stolen on Monday night, earlier in the week. (Incident reference: 0108s 060718).

- A NUKE Proof Mega mountain bike was stolen from an open shed at Welsh End, Whixall, between 2 and 4.30pm on Thursday, July 5. (Incident reference: 0562s 060718).
