Like everyone across the country on Friday, youngsters from a Whitchurch school were doing their bit to support the BBC’s Children in Need.
With the studio fun taking place across both main BBC channels on Friday night, raising its highest ever ‘on-the-night’ total of more than £50 million.
Whitchurch Junior School, in Station Road, held a Children in Need art competition with plenty of top entries from pupils, who all came to school in some assorted Pudsey Bear dress, whether it be a pair of ears or an eye patch.
Headbands were also popular as many in the school took part in helping to raise money.
