A pelaton of famous faces from the cricketing world rode into Calverhall.
The likes of Ashes winners Tim Bresnan and Marcus Trescothick took a well-earned pit-stop from their charity Birmingham to Cardiff bike ride with a chance to meet fans at the village cricket club on Sunday.
Ian Millard, from Calverhall Cricket Club, said the sportsmen spent time signing autographs and having their pictures taken, adding: "We were more than happy to put on food and refreshments."
The bike ride is in aid of the Professional Cricketers Association (PCA) Benevolent fund and the Tom Maynard Trust, that work with sportsmen and women whether they are starting out in sport or adjusting to a life after sport.
