BUTLER Kenneth, Edward (Eddie) Margaret, Anthony, Sharon, and family wish to thank relatives, friends and neighbours for their attendance at Eddie's funeral and for the kind donations totalling £1010.00 to benefit Parkinson's UK. The family wish to extend their thanks to Father Jeremy Dussek and Mrs Olive Birch for a lovely service, E. J. Edgerton & Son for all their support and care, and The Hanmer Arms for a wonderful reception
