NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN under Section 123(2A) of the Local Government Act 1972 that Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council intends to dispose of land approximately 4.280 hectares or thereabouts off land at Whalley Old Road, Blackburn for the purposes of residential development. The land consists or forms part of an area of public open space.

A plan showing the area of the public open space land intended to be sold and the Council's decision to proceed with the proposed disposal may be inspected at the Information Desk at the Town hall, Blackburn Monday to Friday inclusive between the hours of 10.00am and 4.00 pm (excluding Bank Holidays).
