McCarthy and Stone, the UK’s leading retirement housebuilder, has been given the go-ahead to build high-quality, Retirement Living apartments in Audlem Road, Audlem.

The project will create up to 120 jobs during the construction phase and represents a multi-million-pound investment in the local area.

The development will see the site transformed into 25 one- and two-bedroom apartments complete with on-site parking and professionally maintained, landscaped gardens.

Ian Wilkins, regional managing director at McCarthy and Stone (North West) Region said: “Naturally we are delighted to have received planning permission for this development.
