Whitchurch men and women were able to get their health checked up once as the town's Rotary Club held its annual Stroke Awareness Day.

"Some 95 folk attended to have their blood pressure checked and receive advice from health care professionals Michelle Whitaker, who has been an ever present in the event, Kerry Davies and Janet Holding.

"Whitchurch Rotary works for the community – don`t forget our free Prostate Cancer screening evening on September 24."
