A hoard of 15th century treasure unearthed near Whitchurch is set to go on show for the first time.
Coins from the recently discovered Bronington Hoard will go on display next week.
A total of 52 coins and a gold and blue sapphire ring were discovered near Whitewell by metal detectorists between 2012 and 2017.
The hoard was deliberately placed in the ground around 1465 with coins dating from the rule of Edward I to Edward IV.
The tour is part of Wrexham Museum’s Buried in the Borderlands project and is funded by the Heritage Lottery Fund Saving Treasures: Telling Stories project in collaboration with the National Museum of Wales.
History buffs can see the hoard at at Whitchurch Heritage Centre from 3-8pm tomorrow.
There will also be a chance to see the treasure at Bronington School from 2-4pm on November 27.
