The ORGANISERS of community group workshop at Whitchurch library beleive it helped bring out the best of the town.
Hazel Price, branch manager at library in the Civic Centre, brought together a host of groups last week for two days.
She said: "It was very busy across the two days. It's allowed people in the town to come and see what the groups offer; the groups themselves have chance to see what they do well and it's been a big help for us to get to know them all." Hazel added more events are planned.
