Fire crews have had to free a person from their vehicle after a crash near Prees.
Police, fire and ambulance services were in attendance after a crash at Steel Heath this afternoon (Monday, April 15).
Four crews from Shropshire Fire and Rescue Service were called to the scene after a van and a car collided leaving a person trapped.

A spokesperson for Shropshire Fire and Rescue Service said: “At 3.36pm on Monday, April 15, Shropshire Fire and Rescue Service Fire Control received a call reporting that a Road Traffic Collision had taken place in Steel Heath, Whitchurch .
“Four fire appliances were mobilised from Prees, Wellington and Whitchurch.
“The Road Traffic Collision involved two cars. One person was trapped in one of the vehicles.”
North Shropshire Safer Neighbourhood Teams, who are a part of West Mercia police said that the road was blocked while they cleared the incident.
In a statement online they said: “Police, Fire and Ambulance are currently in attendance of a two vehicle Road Traffic Collision in Steel Heath.
“The road is currently blocked.”
