A MAJOR Ellesmere business location has been put up for sale for £2 million.

The substantial factory complex – headquarters of a dairy equipment firm for Fullwood Packo – is on the edge of Ellesmere town centre.

The site, located in Grange Road in Ellesmere, features a large manufacturing facility with offices, workshop and storage accommodation.

It extends in total to approximately 99,790 sq ft on a site area of five acres (2.02 hectares).

The property was for many years owned and operated by Fullwood, specialising in the design and manufacture of milking systems, with the company having latterly been sold to a Dutch company in 2022 and operating under the name of Fullwood JOZ.

Toby Shaw, a partner at TSR overseeing the sale, said he was looking forward to welcoming offers for the site and expects a high level of interest given its location.

The main factory premises extends to 88,035 sqft (8,178 sqm) and has a range of single-storey interconnecting buildings being of steel frame construction and having an internal eaves height of approximately four metres.

The buildings provide large open plan production areas with adjoining interconnecting storage and workshop facilities arranged over varying levels having loading access doors leading from the main yard at the rear.
