CAMEL racing will be returning to a village near Whitchurch next month.

The Great Shropshire Camel Races will take place in Calverhall Cricket Club on Sunday, June 25.

There will also be other entertainment for people including a dog show and activities for children.

An event spokesperson said: "This highly anticipated event promises a thrilling day of entertainment and fun for the whole family.
