LONG-TIME Whitchurch High Street eaterie Etzio is on the market.
The bistro, pizzeria and wine bar was advertised for sale last week, with an asking price of £299,950.
It’s being sold by Christie + Co’s Birmingham office, and spokesman Paul Reilly said: “Etzio has been established for ten years, and it has been under the management of Andrew and Gemma Elliot for the past two years. The restaurant remains unopposed in the busy town of Whitchurch, which has grown extensively over the past few years.”
Mr Reilly said that the Elliots are moving on when the property is sold.
The popular restaurant is renowned for its delicious stone baked pizzas and fresh bread — which are baked on site daily,.
Its menu offers Mediterranean dishes made from high quality and locally sourced ingredients.
The property consists of a split level ground floor restaurant with a two bedroom owner’s accommodation above.
A separate adjoining two bedroom apartment is accessed via a private entrance and gated yard, offering an opportunity for rental income.
There is also a large garage included in the sale.
