A WHITCHURCH running club will be running an eight week training programme beginning next month.
Whitchurch Whippets' first session will take place on Thursday, May 5 at 6.15pm in Whitchurch Rugby Club, Edgeley Road.
The club said it was suitable for beginners and people wanting to return.
A spokesman for the Whitchurch Whippets said: "It is a fun and effective eight-week training program for adults run by the Whitchurch Whippets.
"This popular eight-week course is suitable for complete beginners and those wanting to return to running.
"Sessions will be led by our team of run leaders.
"The course costs £8 for eight sessions if you pay £1 each week or £5 if you pay in advance for all eight sessions."

Participants must be 18 and over.
