A WOMAN in her 30s was taken to hospital after a three car collision.
An ambulance was called to the incident in Ellesmere at 6.19am (Tuesday, October 2).
A spokesman for West Midlands Ambulance Service said: "We were made aware of an incident involving three cars heading towards the Queen's Head.
"One female passenger was assisted out of a vehicle which had sustained damage on the driver's side of the car and had landed on the passenger side.
"She was assessed in the ambulance, given pain relief and taken to the Royal Shrewsbury Hospital as a precaution."
Firefighters from Ellesmere were at the incident to make the vehicles safe.
