Planning for the 2019 summer fair in Malpas is already underway after a date for next summer was confirmed at a meeting.
The Village Fair, which is always a hugely popular event taking place at the height of summer, will take place on July 13 in 2019.
This date was confirmed at the committee's Annual General Meeting meeting held this week with the theme matching the huge amount of work taken on by members and volunteers.
A post the fair's Facebook page said: "The Malpas Village Fair Committee held its AGM last night.
"The date and theme fore the 2019 Fair has been set; July 13, and it will be a superhero theme.
"We are still looking for committee members as well as some helpers on the weekend of the Fair, it’s a big job for such a small committee.
"If you want to get involved or even just plan a fundraiser, please get in touch jacquelineclegg@hotmail.co.uk"
