Engine enthusiasts of all kinds can head to Wem next week for their popular Vehicles of Interest Show, which celebrates its 20th year.

The event takes place on the Recreation Ground on Sunday July, 22 There will be catering while there will also be trade stalls and live music.

Youngsters can sit in an RAF helicopter, ride on a small steam train and enjoy a fun fair.

There will also be a 1930 three-wheeler Morgan which is coming along to the show. This car has a V twin J.A.P engine, is a two speeder with no reverse and chain driven, giving a top speed of 80mph.

A 2002 rally winning car will also be on show.

The highlight of the day will be a parade of vehicles which will start at 2.30pm with a road closure in place.

The show is celebrating 20 years since its first small gathering on the main car park and donates any proceeds to charity.
