One OF THE best known stores in Whitchurch, the Original Factory Shop in Green End has completed its revamp, leading customers with more access.

The new store layout has been able to provides a much more spacious shopping experience, making it easier for customers to browse the store, find what they want and enjoy the thrill of those perfect bargains.

Alison xx, store manager, believes the store re-vamp has helped boost staff morale and gives customers a bigger shopping experience.

“The Whitchurch store provides the perfect one stop destination on the local high street for all of your needs from everyday essentials to fashion, beauty, home and much more,£ she said. "With up to 70 per cent off on big brands, it really helps customers get great quality products at great prices. It’s now an even better experience to shop here.

"We have an amazing team in store and I have to say, it’s more of a pleasure to work here too.

“We have new stock arriving every week and are committed to offering the local community the best offers possible across the brands they love.

"I’ve noticed more people coming in to see what’s new, and having chatted to customers, they love the new store layout and the amazing new bargains they have found."

The Original Factory Shop, which operates more than 200 stores across the country, has been a favourite amongst Whitchurch residents since it opened 10 years ago.

As such the retailer has invested in the revamp of the store to build on its popularity by providing a better shopping experience for the local community.

There is more space between aisles for those with wheelchairs, mobility scooters or pushchairs, allowing for a more pleasant shopping experience for all.

The new layout is already being welcomed by the local shoppers, who love the thrill of a bargain.

Alison added: "As customer told me that they thought it’s great to see retailers like the Original Factory Shop investing in smaller towns and communities, such as Whitchurch, that are often forgotten about.

"She loved the new layout. It feels more open and you can see much more clearly what is on offer in store, making those bargains easier to find.”

The Original Factory Shop is also a supporter of the Make a Wish Foundation and raises more than £25,000 per year to help terminally ill children's dreams a reality.
