Whitchurch mayor Councillor Tony Neville continued a tradition as he spent Christmas morning at the Community Hospital in Claypit Street.
Cllr Neville was accompanied on his visit by his wife Pat, as well as Rosemary Powell and Joyce Chester from the Friends of Whitchurch Hospital.
He visited patients there to wish them a Merry Christmas.
