A Whitchurch business centre has recently completed another phase of expansion with the conversion of a traditional brick pillar barn.

Park View, near Whitchurch, have made three superb, modern-looking office spaces, ideal for small to medium sized enterprises.

Interest has already been received for the largest of these spaces which combines traditional pine roof trusses with the clean lines of large plate double glazing.

So far, the conversions at Park View Business Centre have enjoyed solid occupancy despite tough economic conditions. It is planned that this latest phase of expansion will accommodate other emerging companies.

Peter Beckett, managing director, said: “This next phase of construction continues our growth strategy of providing great value rural offices and will help keep the countryside a vibrant place to work.

“We have also recently installed a back-up generator for the centre should there ever be any glitches with the Mains Electricity supply.

“Future proofing initiatives like this will enable our tenant companies to continue to operate even when outside circumstances would otherwise be a hurdle.

“We now have a really interesting community of like-minded people working across a whole range of different sectors from recruitment through to animal feeds.”
