A Shropshire estate agent with a Whitchurch branch is celebrating after winning a national award.

Barbers, in the High Street, has won a Relocation Agent Network Regional Award at the Network’s recent dinner, which followed the Network national conference and exhibition.

The awards were hosted by former Great British Bake-Off star Sue Perkins in London this month, and it left managing director Mike Arthan pleased to have won.

“We are delighted to be named as the region’s best Relocation Agent Network estate agent for the second year running,” he said.

“This award truly demonstrates the fantastic team we have here at Barbers and shows our customers that we are one of the area’s leading estate agents.”

The annual prize gives the winning Network member the title of ‘Best Regional Agent’ and is awarded on a number of criteria measuring the agent’s overall contribution to Relocation Agent Network, their ability to achieve customer satisfaction and a proven record of helping relocating buyers move in and out of the area.

All five of Barbers’ Shropshire offices, including Whitchurch, have their own accredited relocation specialists, who are uniquely placed to help their clients.

Richard Tucker, Relocation Agent Network’s managing director, added: “Congratulations to all the team at Barbers.

“They were awarded this accolade because of their outstanding customer service, innovative business initiatives and commitment to our Network principles.”
