Families in Whitchurch and beyond can win the chance for a trip round Santa’s grotto at Alderford Lake – all by answering one simple question.
The visit normally costs £45 but you can have it for free between December 8-22, if you’re the lucky winner after the competition closes on December 8.

There will be a magical winter woodland grotto, where the children will be led to from the café, a sleigh for photo opportunities, and Santa will be in the grotto.
Santa might be feeling a bit grumpy, so bring a joke or two to cheer him up, and kids will get a gift.
Up to six children with parents can be accommodated in the grotto at any one time.
Please note there will be a short walk to the grotto, so clothes suitable for the outdoors/weather conditions would be necessary.
